Scope

We have been asked as Interim Planning’s Manager for INC System Integrators in Dubai as a respond to the new Media trainings centre tender for NorthWestern University in Doha Qatar (as I was involved in the temp. Dependence in 2010-2011 as PM).

Responsible for the planning & budget calculations.

Responsible project budget > $ 30M.
