Scope
We was honoured to be selected by the Minister of the Ministry of Information in Kuwait to do a quick scan of all the facilities of Kuwait Radio & Television, so including production, contribution, distribution and transmission business units. They have 6 TV studios and 8 TV channels, 12 radio studios and channels and 10 transmission stations all over the country.
We discussed this audit to His Excellency the Minister and H.E. the Undersecretary and published an internal report to open the future discussion possibilities how to upgrade some areas.
The report also consist high level Opex estimates and timeline roll-out.
