Al Jazeera AJWT project Doha

Scope

We have been asked by Sony PS MEA Dubai to become the Senior Project Manager to run several projects.

One of them was to (re)structure the GMMS department for the Al Jazeera AJWT project in Doha as well to prepare the conditions for the Al Jazeera English Migration project later that year. These setup phases have been completed.
