Scope

We have been ask to Project Manage a new Arabic News station, broadcasts in SD & HD and most social networks.

SKy News Arabia is a joint venture between Abu Dhabi Media Investment Corp (ADMIC), a private investment company, and British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB) the UK’s leading pay television provider.

Responsible for the work stream management, finance control, System Integrator and vendor’s customer relation and pre-build phase in the UK.

Second phase was the local implementation in Abu Dhabi and channel launch May 6^th 2012.

Responsible project budget > $26M.
